2 Products and Orders
We sell trading cards, collectible card games (TCGs), booster packs, sealed products, and related Japanese collectibles intended for personal use or resale, depending on your customer type.
Product Availability
Products are subject to availability and manufacturer allocation limits. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel items at our discretion.
Trading Card Specific Terms:
- All sealed products are guaranteed factory sealed unless otherwise noted
- Booster pack contents are randomized by manufacturer - we do not guarantee specific cards
- Pre-release and limited edition items may have strict allocation limits
- Card condition grades (if applicable) are based on industry standards
Pricing and Errors
We do our best to ensure product information is accurate, but occasional errors may occur (in pricing, stock, descriptions, card details, etc.). We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or refuse any orders if necessary.
International Orders
Important Notice:
If you are ordering from outside Japan, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or restrictions on trading card imports.
3 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, manufacturer delays, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number when available.
Trading Card Shipping Protection:
All trading cards and sealed products are carefully packaged with appropriate protection materials to prevent damage during transit. High-value items may require signature confirmation.
4 Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, incorrect, or arrived unsealed when it should have been sealed.
To request a return for an eligible issue, you must contact us at support@shoguncards.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.
Sealed Product Guarantee:
If any sealed trading card product arrives unsealed, tampered with, or damaged, contact us immediately with photographic evidence for a full refund or replacement.
5 Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, product images, design, text, and trademarks—is the property of Shogun Cards or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Trading card images, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective publishers and manufacturers.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
6 User Content and Reviews
If you submit content (such as reviews, card condition reports, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish it.
You agree not to post anything illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon others' rights.
Trading Community Standards:
Any content promoting fraudulent trading practices, counterfeit cards, or market manipulation will result in immediate account suspension.
7 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Specific card pulls or values in randomized products
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use of (or inability to use) the Site
- Errors or inaccuracies in product listings
- Delays in shipment or customs issues
- Market value fluctuations of trading cards
- Disappointment with randomized product contents

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shogun Cards, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
