Order Cancellation
All orders placed on Shogun Cards are considered final. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoguncards.com. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Pre-order cancellations
- Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented corners, scratches, shelf wear on card packs or boxes)
- Sealed product opened by customer
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during transit
- Trading card packs/boxes arrived unsealed or tampered with
To file a claim, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@shoguncards.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or error
If your claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be covered by us in eligible cases.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Please make sure you are confident before confirming your pre-order for trading cards, special editions, or limited releases.
Exception:
In rare cases where a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues or manufacturer delays, we will issue a full refund.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry, unclaimed parcels, or customs refusal. No refund will be issued in these cases.
If a package is returned to us, we may offer to reship it at the buyer's expense.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.
Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension and restriction from future purchases.
Trading Card Specific Policies
Sealed Product Guarantee:
All trading card booster packs, boxes, and cases are guaranteed to arrive factory sealed. If you receive unsealed product, contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
Card Condition:
Individual cards are sold in the condition described. Minor printing variations common in trading cards are not grounds for returns unless specifically noted as defects.
